Refund policy

This refund policy applies to online orders only. Please contact the relevant WesTrac branch for in-store purchases. 

If you change your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Any goods returned after 30 days may be accepted by WesTrac at our sole discretion. 

Online orders must be returned by submitting a return request via the Contact Us form on our Website page. 

All returns must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition). We may not accept your return should the item, or its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition (Return Conditions) 

Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied). 

The return of personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty. 

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not to offer refunds on underwear and swimwear products unless faulty.  

Please note: At this time, we are not able to facilitate exchanges for online orders so we suggest returning the items you no longer want and placing a new order.  

Can I return my purchase? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your online order to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately by filling out the Contact Us form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  

Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them), which by law may not be limited or excluded. 

How do I return my purchase? 

Please submit your return request by filling out the Contact Us form on our store page and we will be in touch regarding the next steps. 

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted & refunded. If we receive any item without a return request, you can choose to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to you, and we will send the item back. 

Please note that if you want to return any item due to change of mind or selecting the wrong size/colour: 

  • You will need to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Delivery charges that you have incurred (if your order is under $100) are not refunded. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

How will I receive my refund? 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved in line with the Return Conditions. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition). 

If upon inspection, your return meets the Return Conditions you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 Business Days. It may take up to 5 Business Days for your payment method to process the refund. 

If upon inspection, your return does not meet the Return Conditions we will you advise you that you will not be refunded. We can send the item back to you if you choose to pay for the cost of shipping. You must advise us within 30 Business Days of us advising you if you wish for the item to be returned to you. 

Can I exchange my items? 

We don't offer exchanges on orders. 

If you would like a different size or colour after we have shipped your order, please submit a return request by filling out the Contact Us form on our store page and send us the item.  

Once we inspect and accept your return (if the Return Conditions are met) we will issue you a refund for the purchase price. Delivery charges will not be refunded. We suggest that you do not place an order for the different size or colour until after we have processed your refund. 

You will need to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the shipping cost for the new purchase (if your order is under $100). 

What if my item is defective or wrong? 

If you wish to return an item due to defect, damage or wrong item supplied, please notify us immediately after receiving your online order by filling out the Contact Us form. Defective, damaged or the supply of wrong items will be reviewed and remedied on a case-to-case basis.
